iOS 11: What to Expect from the new Apple iOS

Apple has recently opened the public release of the Beta version of the new iOS 11 for iPhones and iPad devices. And the company states that it’s the world’s most advanced mobile operating system. It was also mentioned that augmented reality can now be compatible with games and apps.

The new Files app

Just like in Android, Apple developed a central files application that lets you see and organize all your files in one place. Files can also be connected to your iCloud Drive, Box, and Dropbox for your convenience.

The new Dock

The new Dock in the iPad has also been improved. It can be sync to your iPhone and Mac that suggest apps you opened recently. You can also customise it with more of your favorite apps.

Multitasking

Easily navigate your apps and split screen view has been redesign to give it a much more comfy feel to whatever your task is.

Apple Pay

iOS 11 lets you instantly pay on your messages. You can send or receive money from your friends as easy as a conversation. You also can spend that money on the web, send it to someone, or transfer it to your bank account.

Livelier  Photos

Apple added 3 new features in the much love Live Photo on the Camera app. Loop, Bounce, and Long Exposure are the new ways of creating your photos just lively fun.

Camera

There are newly added filters to the camera app. It was also mentioned that your photos will be cut in half the file sizes but remaining the high quality.

All-new App Store

The redesign App store lets you see recommended apps exclusively for you. You’ll see daily stories by experts, a dedicated Games tab, lists for all kinds of apps, and much more.

Upgraded Siri

Siri has been upgraded with a more “human” sounding voice. It can also now translate something in Chinese, Spanish, French, German, or Italian from English.

The new redesign Control Center

You can now customise the new Control center for your convenience. Use it with 3D touch to unlock more features.

Do Not Disturb when you’re driving

with iOS 11, your phone can now sense when you might be driving and prevent you from being distracted by calls, text messages, and notifications.
