MYOB being affected by Quicktime security
To put it simply, Trend Micro has stated “We’re putting the word out that everyone should follow Apple’s guidance and uninstall QuickTime for Windows as soon as possible.”
What this means for users of MYOB from V19 and below, you will loose the ability to insert graphics into your MYOB documents, such as your company logo.
There are ways to stay safe and still use older versions of MYOB, as there are Quicktime alternatives available so don’t stress. The only stress there should be is if you still have Quicktime installed, get rid of it, as there are already several security vulnerabilities and Apple are not going to be supporting and fixing Quicktime for windows anytime soon.
